Experience Designer – LUMIN

About the role
Asthrall is building LUMIN, a wearable identity platform that blends physical rings and accessories with digital experiences. We are looking for an Experience Designer who can shape every moment a user encounters – from the first glance at the packaging to the ongoing interaction with the companion app.
Key responsibilities
- Design the first‑time LUMIN experience, including packaging, unboxing, and product documentation.
- Create customer onboarding flows and NFC interaction sequences.
- Map journeys for the companion app and define storytelling elements for the product.
- Develop concepts for future retail experiences and design systems that span both physical and digital touchpoints.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for subtle design cues.
- Belief that simplicity requires effort and a passion for beautiful physical products.
- Ability to think emotionally before technically and a curiosity about wearable technology.
- Portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, user‑centred work; design degree or self‑taught background is welcome.
