Experience Centre Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Experience Centre Ambassador to join Explora Journeys’ dynamic team. In this customer‑facing role you will help luxury travelers plan and enjoy their journeys, providing personalised support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Book all elements of the guest journey, including cruise itineraries, shore‑side experiences, pre‑ and post‑travel services and hotels.
• Deliver premium service to Travel Advisors and international guests via phone, video calls, email and chat.
• Support the Global Sales Organisation by building strong relationships with Travel Advisors and the guest community.
• Become an expert user of Salesforce and Versonix Seaware to create personalised experiences.
• Provide feedback on support processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in global travel destinations and a hospitality mindset.
• Enthusiastic, able to follow tasks through to completion and thrive in a start‑up environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language(s) a plus.
• Confident communicator on phone and video, culturally sensitive to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Willing to work full‑time on shifting schedules, including weekends, to serve global markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Versonix Seaware.
