Executive Support and Communication Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Support and Communication Specialist to maximise the CEO’s effectiveness. The role combines high‑level executive assistance with the creation and delivery of a consistent leadership narrative across internal and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, access and information flow to ensure optimal use of time.
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritising requests, maintaining confidentiality and following through on commitments.
• Develop, shape and disseminate the CEO’s leadership narrative on internal platforms, media, events and stakeholder communications.
• Drive organisational alignment by translating strategy and change priorities into clear communication.
• Prepare accurate, research‑backed content for all CEO engagements, including speeches, briefings and presentations.

• Confident, dynamic and socially agile with strong emotional intelligence.
• Excellent judgement, polished presence and ability to adapt messaging to senior, public and informal settings.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and trusted with confidential information.
• Curious, well‑informed and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
