Executive Support and Communication Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Support and Communication Specialist to amplify the CEO’s effectiveness. You will act as the primary gatekeeper, manage information flow, and craft a consistent leadership narrative that resonates both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, access, and priorities to maximise leadership impact.
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring confidentiality and disciplined follow‑through on commitments.
• Shape and deliver a clear, credible CEO narrative across internal and external platforms.
• Drive organisational alignment through strategic internal communications and leadership messaging.
• Enhance brand trust and CEO visibility through well‑prepared engagements, events, media interactions, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide accurate, research‑backed content for all CEO engagements.

Required profile

• Confident, dynamic, and socially agile with strong emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable engaging senior, public, and informal audiences and adapting messages on the fly.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and trusted with confidential information.
• Curious, well‑informed, and able to anticipate needs and create structure.

Required skills

• Executive support best practices (calendar, inbox, access management).
• Leadership communication and speechwriting.
• Internal and external communication platforms and digital engagement channels.
• Social media management, especially LinkedIn.
• Digital productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace.
