Executive Manager – Corporate Services (Limpopo Legislature)

About the role

The Limpopo Legislature is seeking an Executive Manager for Corporate Services to lead and integrate its administrative functions. This senior position will align departmental goals with the Legislature’s overall strategy, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with legislative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Align departmental objectives with the organisation’s strategic plan.
• Supervise HR strategy, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and retention.
• Develop, review and enforce policies and procedures across all departments.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, optimise resource use and control operational costs.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate department heads or section leaders, monitoring KPIs and performance metrics.
• Represent corporate services at the executive level and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical standards.

Required profile

• NQF Level 8 qualification in social/legal studies, public or business administration, or an equivalent.
• Eight to twelve years of progressive experience in administrative or operational leadership.
• At least five years in a senior management role overseeing multiple sectional functions.
• Proven ability in team leadership, strategic planning and cross‑departmental coordination.
• Additional training in management skills and techniques.
