Executive Assistant – Venture Capital (Remote, EST)

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the advisory side of our venture‑capital business. Working remotely on Eastern Standard Time, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, blending traditional executive assistance with strategic, chief‑of‑staff responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, briefing documents, follow‑up notes, and executive‑level presentations.
• Handle confidential communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist senior advisors with day‑to‑day operational needs and travel logistics.
• Prioritize workflow, organize initiatives, and drive execution of key projects.
• Conduct research, summarize financial news, market updates, and industry trends.
• Draft internal memos, summaries, and talking points for leadership.
• Improve internal processes, anticipate needs, and propose proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Senior EA, or a similar hybrid role.
• Prior exposure to financial services such as investment banking, private equity, asset management, venture capital, or advisory firms.
• Strategic thinker with strong judgment and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent research, synthesis, and written communication abilities.
• Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
• Willing and able to work consistently on Eastern Standard Time.
