Executive Assistant to Co-Founder

About the role

TryHackMe is seeking an Executive Assistant to support co‑founder Ben. The role goes beyond traditional calendar management, embedding you in the company’s engine room to remove friction and drive momentum across the business and occasionally in personal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist department heads with partnership outreach, contractor coordination, and hiring initiatives.
• Help scale TryHackMe’s expert‑led live class workshop programme.
• Develop and manage a B2B client advisory board.
• Handle personal tasks such as scheduling appointments and ad‑hoc errands to optimise the founder’s time.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative and operational support to any team as needed, including occasional UK travel.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a founder‑facing, high‑trust role (EA, BizOps, Chief of Staff, Founder’s Associate, etc.).
• Experience in fast‑paced startups or scale‑ups.
• Obsessive attention to detail, operational sharpness and composure under pressure.
• Strong instincts for priority‑setting and proactive execution.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid pivots and ownership of outcomes.
• Interest in product development and willingness to be reachable beyond normal hours.
