About the role
We are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leadership of a UK‑based employer. This fully remote position is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive and comfortable working across time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support the diary, travel arrangements and communications for one or more executives.
- Handle incoming correspondence, prepare meetings and follow‑up on actions efficiently.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, decisions, expenses and confidential documents.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom and project‑management applications.
- Support the wider team with event coordination, reporting and ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve executive productivity.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience working with UK‑based clients or employers is a plus.
- Reliable laptop, stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
