About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide proactive, high‑level secretarial and administrative support to senior executives and department heads, ensuring smooth operation of their offices and effective coordination of business activities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support and day‑to‑day office management for executives.
- Plan, coordinate and organise meetings, including invitations, venue booking and refreshments.
- Handle registration and RSVPs for conferences and meetings.
- Arrange local and international travel, accommodation, visas and transport, and process related advances and claims.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Prepare documents, letters, agendas, memos, reports, emails and take minutes as required.
- Maintain secure and efficient electronic and/or hard‑copy filing systems.
- Manage ad‑hoc projects and additional administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- National Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of executive secretarial or office administration experience supporting senior leaders.
- Proven experience in diary management, stakeholder liaison and travel coordination.
- Strong analytical, organisational and time‑management abilities.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and willingness to work extended hours.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP Business System (advantage).
- Valid driver’s licence.
