Entry-Level IT Support (12-Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level IT Support professional to join our team in Roodepoort on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This role offers hands‑on experience supporting IT systems and SAP for our South African business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated IT support for the South African business, handling user queries and troubleshooting.
• Assist with system enhancements, testing, documentation and project administration during rollouts.
• Support business users during project implementations and ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
• Document processes, procedures and support requirements to enable knowledge transfer within the team.
• Deliver Level 1 SAP support, manage routine user queries, log incidents and resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience or exposure to IT projects, system implementations, testing and user support.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and basic knowledge of SAP.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
