Enterprise Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Architect will shape and govern DBSA’s enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and technology domains. This position ensures that key platforms such as treasury, CRM, procurement, and ERP are strategically aligned, integrated, and future‑proofed to support the organisation’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a holistic enterprise architecture framework that supports DBSA’s strategic objectives.
• Govern architecture standards, principles, and road‑maps across all technology layers.
• Collaborate with business units to align treasury, CRM, procurement, and ERP solutions with overall enterprise goals.
• Identify optimisation opportunities to modernise internal processes and improve client‑centric digital services.
• Provide guidance on technology selection, integration patterns, and migration strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture within large, complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable technical road‑maps.

Required skills

• Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) – if explicitly mentioned.
