Enrolled Nurse – Full‑time at Netcare St Anne's Hospital

About the role

The Enrolled Nurse will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients at Netcare St Anne's Hospital, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This full‑time position focuses on delivering safe, compassionate care while supporting the hospital’s quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Manage stock levels, ensure proper charging and control of supplies.
• Assist with file compilation and equipment preparation.
• Uphold a clean, therapeutic environment free from medico‑legal hazards.
• Follow medical waste and general waste management protocols.
• Report risks, equipment issues, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide patient care within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice, including health promotion and infection prevention.
• Participate in handovers, quality improvement programmes, and supervise ENAs as required.
