About the role
Huis Lettie Theron, a Badisa facility in Hermanus, is seeking an Enrolled Nurse Assistant (ENA) to join its clinical team.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Badisa and internal policies, procedures, and quality standards while performing day‑to‑day clinical and care duties.
- Supervise, coordinate, delegate and follow up on clinical and caring tasks.
Required profile
- Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) and relevant nursing qualification.
- Full bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and clinical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
