Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst (Spanish)

About the role

Join DigiOutsource’s compliance team to support anti‑money‑laundering activities. You will focus on Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) by verifying customers’ source of wealth and source of funds, ensuring decisions align with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct EDD reviews using open‑source information, customer‑provided documentation, and internal data.
• Contact customers by phone and email following the communications plan.
• Document all actions in the task management system.
• Escalate customers who fail affordability or responsible‑gambling checks.
• Monitor deposit‑limit requests, transaction‑monitoring alerts, and other triggers to determine EDD necessity.
• Assist with ad‑hoc compliance tasks as needed.
• Utilise Tableau, Power BI and related tools to perform reviews and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree, diploma or certification in Risk Management, Compliance, Legal or a related field.
• Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
• Valid work/residence permit for Cape Town, South Africa.
