About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers to join its network of schools in China. You will work with young learners aged 3 to 16, delivering dynamic, interactive lessons that follow the company’s award‑winning curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children and teenagers in high‑energy classroom settings.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons using digital tools and ready‑made teaching materials.
• Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
