Engineering Manager

About the role

Dawning Truth is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its engineering function, improve operational reliability and deliver engineering excellence across its manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and ensure safety, legal and compliance standards are met.
• Develop and manage predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Lead capital‑project delivery, ensuring budgets and timelines are adhered to.
• Oversee engineering budgeting, cost control, spares and consumables management.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Build and develop a high‑performing engineering team with clear accountability.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering or maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years in engineering management or senior leadership.
• Proven track record in capital‑project delivery and operational‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of safety, legal and engineering compliance.
