About the role
This Engineer In Training position supports large‑scale projects by assisting the Engineering Manager or discipline lead. The role blends project coordination with hands‑on technical design, aiming to improve efficiencies and functionalities across the engineering discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop technical specifications and perform data analysis to support design decisions.
- Create and refine technical designs under supervision.
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
- Support administrative tasks related to project execution.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or candidate with a relevant engineering degree.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with senior engineers.
