EC&I Engineer – Industrial Control & Instrumentation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EC&I Engineer to design, develop and maintain control and instrumentation systems for demanding industrial environments. The role focuses on enhancing operational reliability, plant performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement EC&I systems in line with project and operational requirements.
• Provide technical support for control systems, instrumentation and electrical infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Contribute to system upgrades, optimisation projects and continuous improvement strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an EC&I Engineer within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems and instrumentation technologies.
• Experience with system integration, fault finding and commissioning.
• Problem‑solver with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in high‑performing teams.
