E-Commerce Shopify Developer

About the role

Spitz, a leading premium footwear and apparel retailer, is looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Shopify Developer to manage and enhance its Shopify‑based online stores. You will be the technical backbone ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support and act as escalation point for platform issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration problems between Shopify, SAP ERP, 3PL, payment gateways and other middleware.
• Monitor website reliability, uptime, performance and technical SEO.
• Design, develop and deploy integration solutions using APIs, SAP PI/PO and custom middleware.
• Automate data ingestion from ERP and external APIs into Shopify.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external Shopify developers.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to perform root‑cause analysis.
• Experience working in fast‑paced retail or e‑commerce environments.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross‑functional teams.
