E-commerce Sales Associate

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a results‑driven E‑commerce Sales Associate to work remotely. You will generate new sales, manage a qualified pipeline and position our high‑performance e‑commerce solutions as essential for client success.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospect outreach to contract closure.
• Act as a strategic consultant, diagnosing e‑commerce challenges such as cart abandonment and conversion rates.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Deliver tailored virtual presentations and product demos to founders, CEOs and marketing directors.
• Handle objections by articulating clear value propositions and differentiating TalentPop App.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a proven track record in sales, business development or high‑pressure customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of direct sales or business development experience.
• Strong familiarity with the e‑commerce ecosystem and digital marketing concepts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
