About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our retail team. You will be responsible for selling products, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Perform sales activities to generate revenue.
- Achieve sales budgets and income targets.
- Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
- Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
- Provide customer‑centric service and address enquiries professionally.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Team‑work, self‑motivation and a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and initiative skills.
- Attention to detail, knowledge of sales and prospecting processes, and familiarity with business policies.
- Basic retail knowledge and extensive product knowledge across categories.
- Courage, confidence, emotional maturity, personal resilience, and high energy.
