Dutch Relocation Consultant

About the role

ABC Worldwide is looking for an experienced Dutch Relocation Consultant to support international moves, especially to and within Belgium. Based in Cape Town, you will guide clients and their families through every step of the relocation journey, ensuring a smooth transition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end relocation processes for international assignees and their families.
• Provide expert advice on housing, school searches, banking, and local registration requirements.
• Coordinate with landlords, real estate agents, schools, immigration providers, and other service partners.
• Assist clients with practical local guidance to help them settle quickly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all relocation activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain detailed client records and prepare relocation reports as needed.

Required profile

• Based in Cape Town, South Africa.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting relocations to Belgium and/or the Netherlands.
• Knowledge of European relocation and settlement processes.
• Fluent Dutch; French is an advantage.
• Proven experience in the relocation industry with strong understanding of international mobility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
