About the role
O'Brien Recruitment is hiring a Driver / Warehouse General Worker in Midrand, Gauteng. The role combines product delivery and collection with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing and receiving goods.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and collect products as required
- Assist with order processing and preparation
- Pick, pack and check stock
- Assist with receiving and dispatching goods
- Handle delivery notes, invoices and other relevant paperwork
- Ensure products are loaded and transported safely
- Assist with general warehouse duties when not driving
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Assist the team with ad hoc operational duties as required
- Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition
Required profile
- Matric
- Experience within a warehouse
- Previous driving and/or warehouse experience is advantageous
- Comfortable with physical warehouse duties
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to assist wherever required within the warehouse
