Driver II Luxury Cars – East London

About the role

The Driver II will prepare, deliver and collect luxury rental vehicles for Avis customers in East London, ensuring each car meets the highest quality standards and exceeds client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare luxury vehicles according to daily movement schedules, perform quality checks and clean cars following established procedures.
• Deliver and collect vehicles on time, verify driver’s licence, passport and credit‑card details, and explain rental agreements and vehicle features to customers.
• Complete all required documentation, including QCE forms, rental agreements and quality sheets, and obtain customer signatures.
• Report any discrepancies or quality issues immediately to the RSA or manager.
• Plan and execute short‑notice vehicle relocations (VRVs), including out‑of‑town trips and overnight stays when required.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, airport displays and regional office parking.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of the luxury car fleet and ability to communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Flexibility to respond to short‑notice relocation requests and travel outside the city.
• Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspections, documentation and quality standards.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to follow branch procedures.
