Director of Procurement Capabilities & Transformation

About the role

AB InBev is seeking a senior leader to drive procurement transformation across its Africa zone. Reporting directly to the VP Procurement, you will shape strategy, lead large‑scale programmes and embed data‑driven decision‑making to unlock value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transformation programmes and PMO governance for Africa‑wide procurement.
• Elevate procurement capabilities, system adoption and new ways of working.
• Strengthen contract lifecycle management, compliance and supplier engagement.
• Drive digitalisation, automation and technology‑led efficiency improvements.
• Standardise reporting, build KPI dashboards and enable analytics‑led performance tracking.
• Partner with the VP Procurement to provide strategic insights and executive reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, transformation and programme management in multi‑country environments.
• Strong leadership background with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at executive level.
• Relevant degree; procurement or supply‑chain qualification is a plus.

Required skills

• Procurement Management Systems (ProMS) implementation and optimisation.
