Director of Learning Strategy – Remote

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior leader to serve as the academic anchor of its AI‑driven, accelerated learning system. You will translate learning‑science research into operational strategies that enable students to achieve double‑speed learning in just two hours per day.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that connect learning science with curriculum design, student motivation, and platform architecture.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams stay aligned, accountable, and results‑driven.
• Integrate data, stakeholder interviews, and observations into ecosystem assessments that identify bottlenecks and recommend targeted solutions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high‑profile events, including conference keynotes and meetings with national education ministries.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in academic or EdTech leadership roles, with a track record of leading teams and delivering measurable impact.
• Proven ability to operationalize research into scalable educational programs.
• Strong communication skills for influencing global audiences and education policymakers.
