Director of Learning Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a visionary Director of Learning Strategy to lead the academic side of its accelerated learning system. This remote senior position will shape curriculum, data‑driven evaluation, and global advocacy for a proven AI‑enhanced learning model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that translate learning‑science principles into actionable curriculum, motivation, and application design.
• Conduct execution assessments with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and outcome delivery across multiple school sites.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and observations to identify obstacles and recommend targeted solutions for accelerated learning.
• Maintain strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone management.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at senior‑level forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education.
• Expand and refine the validated academic model, harmonising execution across schools and establishing the organization as the authoritative voice for the movement.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading academic strategy and delivering measurable learning outcomes at scale.
• Experience communicating complex scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders, including policymakers.
