Digital Transformation Support & Enablement Officer

About the role

SmartStart is looking for a Digital Transformation Support & Enablement Officer to ensure its digital tools work smoothly for coaches, franchisees, and programme leads. The role sits within the Digital Transformation team and provides hands‑on operational support, data quality monitoring, and user guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor submission flows and data quality across platforms such as SmartLink, Funda App, and Moodle, flagging issues to relevant teams.
• Assist the SDI team with data cleaning to reduce duplication, errors, and gaps.
• Support programme leads and coaches in using digital tools consistently and correctly.
• Create user‑friendly communication materials, guides, and nudges that promote proper tool usage.
• Coordinate with IT and Digital Transformation teams to log, escalate, and follow up on frontline digital support issues.
• Help design recognition and incentive mechanisms that reward positive digital behaviours.

Required profile

• Officer‑level support experience, comfortable monitoring and coordinating digital processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag data quality issues promptly.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude towards improving digital adoption and user experience.

Required skills

• Experience with SmartLink platform.
• Experience with Funda App.
• Experience with Moodle learning management system.
