About the role

The Digital Transformation & IT Specialist will lead the design and execution of technology initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for cloud adoption, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Lead the deployment of cloud platforms, data analytics solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing IT landscapes.
• Analyze current IT processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Champion agile and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with business units to manage change and drive adoption of digital tools.
• Stay abreast of trends in AI, cybersecurity, IoT, and digital workplace solutions.
