Digital Strategist

About the role

The Digital Strategist will develop, implement, manage and optimise REGENT Business School’s digital marketing strategy across all online platforms. The role aims to strengthen the institution’s digital presence, increase brand awareness, drive qualified leads and support student enrolment growth through data‑driven, innovative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning, student recruitment and institutional growth.
• Create digital campaign plans for each intake period, ensuring coordination with offline marketing, events and enrolment priorities.
• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, LinkedIn, email, SMS, display and remarketing channels.
• Collaborate with paid media agencies, creative teams, copywriters, content creators, web developers and internal stakeholders to deliver assets on time.
• Test and monitor campaign assets, tracking links, landing pages and digital journeys throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage organic and paid initiatives to drive reach, engagement, website traffic, lead generation, applications and enrolments.
• Oversee website, SEO and SEM activities, working with webmasters and agencies to ensure user‑friendly, conversion‑optimised pages.
