Digital Production Campaign Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Digital Production Campaign Administrator to support our fast‑growing media and classifieds network, including Agri4All and ProAgri. This role focuses on precise campaign setup, client onboarding, and data management rather than creative content production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Media Buyer with backend setup of hundreds of micro‑campaigns on Meta, ensuring flawless execution.
• Communicate directly with clients to manage onboarding, provide campaign updates, and allocate generated leads.
• Capture, maintain, and update databases; extract data from Meta and other platforms for accurate reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the video production team and broader office functions.
• Handle day‑to‑day office duties, schedule coordination, correspondence, and basic compliance tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of high‑volume administrative experience.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented with a high tolerance for repetitive tasks and a willingness to learn digital ad platforms.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
