Digital Marketing & Social Media Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an innovative digital marketing professional to lead our client’s social media strategy and brand engagement across South Africa. The consultant will own the end‑to‑end digital marketing initiatives, creating compelling content and driving growth on multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Create, film, edit and publish engaging videos, reels, product promotions and educational content.
• Manage online communities, respond to customers and protect brand reputation.
• Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships to amplify reach.
• Support Meta advertising campaigns, track performance and produce reports.
• Design digital marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Assist with e‑commerce content, product launches and website updates.
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Matric qualification; relevant further qualification is advantageous.
• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, photography and videography abilities.
• Highly organised, creative, self‑motivated and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Own vehicle required.
