Digital Marketing & Data Analyst

About the role

Jetour South Africa is building a national dealer network and needs a Digital Marketing & Data Analyst to own marketing performance analysis, lead lifecycle reporting, and data governance. You will act as the single source of truth for marketing data across digital platforms, CRM systems, call centre reporting, and customer feedback tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse digital marketing performance across paid and organic channels, tracking spend, CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead source performance and funnel drop‑off.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for the Marketing Manager and senior leadership.
• Oversee CRM data accuracy, lead routing and monitor the full lead journey from capture to dealer conversion.
• Analyse call‑tracking and contact‑centre metrics, ensuring timely reporting and supporting lead management processes.
• Consolidate and analyse Customer Survey Index (CSI) and feedback data, identifying experience trends and recommending improvements.
• Maintain marketing data governance, ensuring consistent and accurate data across all systems and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience analysing digital marketing performance across multiple channels.
• Hands‑on experience managing CRM data and lead lifecycle processes.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for strategic decision‑making.
