Digital Marketing Coordinator (Centurion)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, creation and execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms. Reporting to the marketing team, the role combines creativity, technical digital skills and strong organisational ability to deliver engaging content and maintain brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging digital content for social media, including graphics, short‑form videos, captions and copy.
• Design digital graphics for campaigns, presentations and promotional material.
• Schedule and manage content publishing, monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Analyse performance data and prepare reports on content engagement and growth.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events and product initiatives by coordinating photography and videography.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver creative projects.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across platforms.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in digital marketing, social media content creation, graphic design, photography or videography.
• Experience creating content across multiple digital platforms and managing social media campaigns.
• Experience in retail, lifestyle, health, beauty or wellness environments is advantageous.
