Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. You will help improve online visibility, create engaging content, and analyse campaign performance to drive traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic.
• Collect, analyse, and report on campaign metrics such as open rates and conversion.
• Use AI tools to streamline content creation and identify marketing trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages, and product launch assets.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist with new digital tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and email marketing best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required skills

• Excel (or Google Sheets) for data organization and basic analysis.
• SEO research and implementation.
• Email marketing campaign management.
• Use of AI‑powered content tools.
