Digital Marketer – SaaS & Brand Growth

About the role

Lab Rabbit Studios is looking for a Digital Marketer to lead strategy, content production and paid‑media execution for a portfolio of SaaS, service and purpose‑driven brands. Based in Woodstock, Cape Town, the role operates in a hybrid setting and reports directly to the growth team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan content calendars, write copy and schedule posts across social channels.
• Concept, shoot and edit short‑form, social‑first video for organic reach and ads.
• Design static, carousel and story assets.
• Set up, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and, where relevant, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Track performance and report using Ads Managers, Metricool, GA4 and Claude.
• Manage client backlogs and tasks in Notion.
• Assist in creating and executing email campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with proven management of social accounts and paid campaigns.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating content creation and campaign results.
• Strong short‑form video editing skills and ability to think strategically for client growth.
• Experience owning day‑to‑day client delivery without needing constant supervision.
• Based in or able to work from Woodstock, Cape Town.

Required skills

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
• TikTok and LinkedIn advertising (bonus).
• CapCut or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
• Canva, Figma and Google Suite for design and collaboration.
• Notion for task and backlog management.
• Metricool for performance reporting.
• AI large language models (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for prompt engineering.
• Basic knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel setup (bonus).
