Dietitian Health Coach – Medical Weight Loss

About the role

We are looking for an empathetic, clinically‑minded dietitian to join Best10’s medically‑supported weight‑loss programme. As a Dietitian Health Coach you will combine evidence‑based nutrition with personalised coaching to help clients achieve sustainable weight loss.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients through our CRM and WhatsApp‑integrated communication system.
• Support clients on medically‑supported weight‑loss journeys, coordinating nutrition plans with prescribed pharmacotherapy and physician guidance.
• Create personalised, motivational content grounded in scientific evidence.
• Conduct onboarding and follow‑up goal‑setting calls, track progress and adjust recommendations.
• Document client information using our note‑taking platform.
• Guide clients with complex clinical profiles such as hypertension, cardiovascular disease, pre‑diabetes and diabetes.

Required profile

• BSc in Dietetics or BDietetics (4‑year study + 1‑year community service).
• Current HPCSA registration as an independent practising dietitian.
• Passion for health, fitness and patient empowerment.
• Consistent, warm communication style across text and video.
• Ability to work independently, maintain structure and empathy, and thrive in a high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using WhatsApp for client communication.
• Clinical nutrition management for obesity and related chronic conditions.

• Monday‑Thursday, 08:00‑18:00 schedule.
