DevOps Engineer – Fintech Platform

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fintech company building tools that help small‑and‑medium enterprises manage cash flow, access funding and gain financial insights. As a DevOps Engineer you will own the design, implementation and operation of our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines, ensuring a reliable and scalable environment for our development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, architect, deploy and maintain Azure infrastructure with high availability, scalability and security.
• Design, build and optimise CI/CD pipelines for seamless code integration, automated testing and rapid deployments.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and promote configuration‑management best practices.
• Collaborate with the Site Reliability, QA and development teams to implement monitoring, incident response and proactive issue resolution.
• Implement security controls and compliance checks for Azure resources, performing regular assessments and risk mitigation.
• Foster a DevSecOps culture through clear communication and cross‑team collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong experience working with Azure cloud services and managing production‑grade environments.
• Hands‑on expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to automate infrastructure using IaC tools.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
