Development Lead (Hybrid)

About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Development Lead to drive the technical evolution of our self‑service digital platforms. You will own the delivery of web and mobile applications that provide seamless experiences for our insurance customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of customer self‑service web and mobile platforms.
- Drive improvements in website performance, digital analytics and reporting.
- Oversee architecture across development projects.
- Ensure best practices throughout the software development lifecycle and across development frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with technical, digital and business teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a software developer, including C#, API and Flutter development.
- At least 3 years of experience leading software development teams.
- Strong understanding of mobile application integration.
- Proven experience with the full software development lifecycle.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
