Delivery Consultant – Tech Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a driven Delivery Consultant specializing in technology recruitment. The role is focused on end‑to‑end candidate delivery for a range of technical positions, with no client‑facing duties, and works closely with internal account managers to meet hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end candidate delivery for technical roles.
• Source high‑quality candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and database searches.
• Screen and qualify candidates against technical and cultural requirements.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM system.
• Ensure strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly delivery targets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of tech talent.
• Collaborate with internal Account Managers and Client Leads to clarify role requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tech recruitment.
• Proven track record of placing technical candidates.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and technology stacks.
• Experience recruiting for UK, US or international markets (advantageous).
• Excellent screening and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Target‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
