Delivery Consultant

About the role

As a Delivery Consultant you will specialise in 180-degree delivery and executive search, working autonomously to map international markets and identify senior talent for consulting and professional services firms. You will focus on fee‑earning delivery professionals such as Partners, Managing Directors, Principals and Senior Managers across the US and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sophisticated market mapping and talent sourcing for senior‑level consulting roles across strategy, M&A, tax, legal, tech and cybersecurity.
• Engage passive candidates in the UK, US and EMEA through high‑level peer‑to‑peer conversations.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Maintain accurate data and screening notes using LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruit CRM and Ringover.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of executive search or recruitment agency experience focused on consulting, management strategy or professional services.
• Background in a fast‑paced agency environment; internal corporate TA experience not considered.
• Proven ability to source, engage and screen senior‑level candidates (MD/Partner/Principal).
• Self‑starter who works independently with minimal supervision.
