Decision Analytics Consultant

About the role

Experian, a global data and technology company, is hiring a Decision Analytics Consultant in Stellenbosch. The role is primarily responsible for building strategic relationships with client organisations and acting as a trusted advisor to executives and managers, providing unbiased insights and data-driven solutions that help clients achieve their goals and ROI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategy and deliver data analysis and solution recommendations
• Deliver analytical insights and drive innovation and problem solving
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate with clients
• Engage with clients and establish a high-performance culture
• Promote continuous improvement

Required profile

• 6+ years of credit industry experience
• Active sponsorship, ownership or participation as a senior team member in a decision engine implementation project, a scorecard implementation project or similar
• Experience in consumer or commercial lending (both advantageous) and in retail, banking or telco industries
• Degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Analytics
• Good command of the language(s) of the market being supported
