About the role
National Debt Connection is seeking motivated Debt Collection Agents to join its Pretoria team immediately. You will work in a supportive environment, handling overdue accounts and helping customers arrange payments.
Key responsibilities
- Contact debtors by phone to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Locate and reach out to debtors to obtain payment status updates.
- Set up payment deadlines or structured plans based on customer circumstances.
- Monitor incoming payments and ensure accounts are up‑to‑date.
- Respond to queries related to debtor accounts and provide accurate information.
Required profile
- Confident in debt collection (retail) or sales environments.
- Strong negotiation abilities and target‑driven mindset.
- Matric Certificate is mandatory.
- Preferably resides in Pretoria and is available full‑time.
- Not currently studying.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
What we offer
- Basic salary starting at R5,000.
- Commission and performance‑based incentives.
- Salary level adjusted according to experience.
