Dealership Training Facilitator (Automotive)

About the role

Our client in the automotive industry is looking for a Dealership Training Facilitator to join the Training Academy team in Centurion, Gauteng. The role involves delivering both instructor‑led and virtual training to dealership staff, ensuring learning programs meet business needs and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions for dealership personnel.
• Facilitate learning programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.
• Coach learners and support the development and updating of training content.
• Ensure training materials are relevant, standards‑compliant and effectively engage participants.
• Maintain SLA commitments: schedule adherence, timely assessments, post‑session evaluation and continuous improvement actions.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in automotive training, business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of training or facilitation experience, preferably within an OEM or dealer environment.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Experience in a general automotive or dealership setting is advantageous.
