About the role
Rola Motors, a respected name in the automotive sector, is looking for a detail‑oriented Finance & Insurance (F&I) Assistant to join its busy dealership floor. The role supports the Finance & Insurance Manager and ensures smooth finance and insurance administration throughout the vehicle sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Finance & Insurance Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Process finance and insurance paperwork for vehicle sales.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Provide high‑quality customer service to buyers during the financing stage.
- Maintain accurate records and support the dealership’s financial operations.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
- Basic understanding of finance and insurance processes is advantageous.
