Dealer Parts Support (DPS) Manager

About the role

The Dealer Parts Support (DPS) Manager is responsible for tracking parts sales against budget, implementing corrective actions, and supporting the New Holland Agriculture dealer network. You will lead the DPS team, promote the full CNH parts portfolio, and ensure smooth dealer operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly parts sales versus budget and apply corrective measures.
• Support the New Holland Agriculture dealer network and lead the DPS team.
• Promote and grow the complete CNH parts offering within the dealer network.
• Process formal quotations and sales orders, drive campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage back‑order resolution and address escalated dealer complaints.
• Conduct daily courtesy calls to dealers and convert open quotations into sales orders.
• Report on back‑order analysis, unconverted quotes and open sales orders.

Required profile

• Leadership and motivational skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Minimum 5 years of parts sales and support experience in the agricultural sector.
• Grade 12 education; tertiary qualifications are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with MS Dynamics (advantageous).
