Data Processing and GIS Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Processing & GIS Manager to lead our GIS, preliminary data processing and data quality functions. This hands‑on role combines technical expertise with team leadership to ensure that all technical outputs are built on accurate, compliant, and reliable data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s technical data repository, including data structures, naming conventions, version control and backup protocols.
• Oversee end‑to‑end GIS processing workflows and ensure deliverables meet project and client requirements.
• Review and validate data received from internal collection teams and external suppliers.
• Prepare and quality‑check preliminary project data sets such as drone/LiDAR point clouds, mesh models, GIS layers and structural data outputs.
• Lead the preparation of Elios 3 (or equivalent) UAV inspection reports, annotating structural defects.
• Collaborate with technical and QA teams to integrate GIS, Revit and other outputs.
• Maintain data quality controls, identify workflow improvements and ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards.
• Support internal and external audits and mentor junior technical staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Data Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in GIS and/or technical data management.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with GIS software.
• Experience with CAD platforms, especially AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit integration.
• Familiarity with UAV inspection tools such as Elios 3.
• Point‑cloud and LiDAR processing expertise.
• Data version control, backup and quality‑control procedures.
