Data Analyst – Customer & Commercial Insights

About the role

Turnto Consultants is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive customer experience, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. You will work across customer, sales, service, and network data to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour, churn trends, product adoption and develop segmentation models.
• Monitor operational metrics such as installations, faults, and turnaround times to identify root causes.
• Build and maintain Power BI or Tableau dashboards, scorecards and automated reports for both operational and executive audiences.
• Generate strategic insights, identify risks and growth opportunities, and support KPI definition with business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence or Analytics role.
• Experience in telecommunications, ISP or other customer‑centric industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience handling large, complex datasets.

Required skills

• SQL for data querying.
• Power BI (or equivalent) for dashboarding.
• Tableau (or equivalent) for visualisation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
