Data & AI Agent Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data & AI Agent Analyst to join our team. This hands‑on, mid‑level position blends classic data analytics with the emerging field of AI agent development, turning data into actionable insights and building intelligent agents that automate workflows and enhance our product.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deliver regular reports, dashboards and analytics for key business metrics, creating SQL queries (including window functions, stored procedures and materialised views) and visualisations.
• Design, build, test and deploy AI agents that automate internal analytics, reporting and operational workflows, applying large language models, prompt engineering and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Integrate AI agents with internal systems, APIs and databases, collaborate with developers for safe production deployment, and monitor performance and safety.
• Partner with business units to understand requirements, provide data‑driven and AI‑assisted decision support, and share best practices through light‑touch training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, computer science, business analysis, finance or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in data analysis, BI or a similar data‑focused role.
• Hands‑on experience building or working with AI agents, large language model applications or automation solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a proactive, resilient attitude.

Required skills

• SQL (PostgreSQL) and advanced query optimisation.
• Python for data cleaning, analysis and automation.
• Large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation and model evaluation.
• Data visualisation/BI tools and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, data models).
• APIs, automation tools (Make), Docker and GitHub.
