D2C Ecommerce Sales Specialist

About the role

Join Kärcher, the global leader in cleaning technology, as a D2C Ecommerce Sales Specialist. You will own and expand our presence on online marketplaces while ensuring our internal web shop remains accurate and engaging. The role combines strategic promotional planning with hands‑on execution and direct customer outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow product listings across major marketplaces, ensuring content accuracy, pricing, and stock alignment.
• Plan, prepare, and execute high‑impact promotional events such as Amazon One Day Only deals and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain the internal web shop, updating product information, images, pricing, and availability.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, drive engagement, and convert interest into orders.
• Monitor orders across all channels, flagging stock or fulfilment issues early.
• Continuously optimise listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Track performance metrics and share actionable insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align goals and execution plans.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well‑organised with the ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines.
• Proactive, “can‑do” attitude with genuine interest in e‑commerce growth.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and conducting outbound outreach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive).
